Looking beyond!

In life we tend to just look at what we have in front of us and not look beyond. I believe we are dreamers but we tend to only just dream and not act. We look at what other people are doing in their lives and how they are fulfilling their dream but instead of us going out and pursing our dream and/or  looking beyond our obstacles we sit at home just imagining what if. I love the chorus in the song Nothing ever happens by Rachel Platten. It’s so simple yet you get the point you need to look beyond everything.

But nothing ever happens if you stay in your room
Nothing ever happens if you leave the party too soon
Never be a winner if you’re not in the game
And nothing ever happens if you always play it safe
Make a little space and get out of your own way.

In life even if you are unsure of your future or you want to do something but you are afraid because you can’t see the outcome. Don’t worry God has your back. If it is something that is dear to your heart and this is your passion, go for it only you can stop you. Don’t believe that lie that what you see is what you get because it is not so. It’s the unforeseen and unplanned things that shock you the most Even if you might not have all the resources to fulfill your dreams still go after it. A small start goes a long way. We are all destined for greatness. God has placed each and everyone on of us for a reason. Don’t feel down and out when something you want to do doesn’t work out instead get back up and start all over again. God is a god of multiple chances.

“So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.”- 2 Corinthians 2:18
