Sin City Chic: The Fashion Challenge

When Travel Expert Kendra Thornton contacted me to be apart of her Sin City Chic: The Fashion Challenge to help her find the perfect outfit for her night out in Vegas, I screamed with excitement. Kendra visited my blog and absolutely loved my personal sense of style and selected me to be apart of this Fashion Challenge. Below you can check out all the details on The Fashion Challenge and then the outfit I put together for her to wear in Vegas.

I’m going to Vegas. I’m super excited to spend some time with friends at the Bellagio when we enjoy a quick getaway. One evening, we’ll enjoy exclusive dining at the award-winning Prime Steakhouse. Afterward, I plan to try my luck gambling. Win or lose, I know I’ll enjoy myself as long as I look great. To help me with my fashion sense, I’d like to get your feedback. What stylish look do you think I should choose for this fun evening in Sin City? Here’s a little more information to help you decide:

Prime Steakhouse

Don’t let the simple name of this restaurant fool you. Four-star celebrity chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten serves up world-class entrées, amazing sauces and succulent sides at this fine dining establishment. The dishes here are truly prime examples of Sin City’s flair for flavor. Guest favorites include delicious cuts of steak, perfectly prepared lamb and mouthwatering seafood dishes. The décor here adds to the experience. Deep chocolate brown accented with Tiffany blue creates the canvas while artwork from such masters as Carlo Maria Mariani and Joseph Raffael paint the completed picture. Designed by Michael DeSantis, the dining area at Prime Steakhouse is in itself a work of art.

Las Vegas Style

Chic fashions pervade Sin City, and this desert oasis has unique flairs all its own. I know I’ll enjoy any activity or event here more when I’m dressed to the nines and feel confident about my appearance. There’s always something new to experience in the Las Vegas hotels scene, and I’ve had a lot of fun planning this getaway with the help of Gogobot. I can’t wait to learn what chic style you recommend for my big night at the Bellagio. This is going to be great!

Since Kendra will be dining at the four star Prime Steakhouse and then going out for a night of gambling with friends I decided to go for a more dressier look seeing as the restaurant is a bit fancy and also since it will be night time in Vegas and people tend to get dressed up for a night of with friends. I decided to style Kendra in a Dorothy Perkins Sequin Check Skater Dress. For shoes I picked two choices the Harvey Nichols Casadei White Pumps and the Jimmy Choo Gold Metallic Leather Sandals. I gave her two options depending on the weather and also I believe that when dressing up you should have as many shoe options as possible. For jewelry I kept it really simple. I picked out the Mother of Pearl  Diamond Earrings from Neiman Marcus and  White Pearl Petal Bangles from New Look. Lastly since Kendra will want to be comfortable and not have to worry about having to carry around a a purse I got her a Jill Sander Boxy Knitted Leather Shoulder Bag from Forzieri which is small but can hold her phone, lipstick and whatever little essentials she might need while out that night. I absolutely love this look for Vegas. It’s a fun, flirty and glamorous look for a night out. Kendra I hope you love this outfit and have a blast with your friends in Vegas xx♥

P.S Here’s some music to listen to while you get ready xx♥
